Mission
The University of Santo Tomas Medicine Student Council, UST-MSC in brevity, as the highest student governing body of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, continues to uphold and protect the student body’s rights and welfare by committing itself to the creation of events, opportunities and avenues that would aid in developing its constituents’ physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being.
Vision
The Medicine Student Council envisions itself as an organization continuously producing socially responsive, morally upright and holistically disciplined leaders who will uphold and maintain the core values of a 5-star physician and become multi-faceted members of our ever-changing society.
